Job Title: RN - Cath Lab
Client: Henry Ford Health System
Location: Detroit, MI
Department: Cardiac Catherization
Schedule: 36 hours/week (12-hour shifts, 3 days/week)

Job Summary:
Provides leadership in coordinating and delivering quality patient care. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Delegates, supervises, and documents care while effectively communicating with the healthcare team.

Key Duties:

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in the Cath Lab.
Perform professional nursing services with clinical expertise.
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare personnel.

Required Skills and Experience:

Clinical knowledge to develop effective nursing care plans.
Proficiency in Cath Lab procedures (intra-procedure).
ICU experience required.
Current Michigan RN licensure and BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with complex PCI, structural heart procedures, and mechanical circulatory support (IABP, Impella, ECMO).
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).

Education:

Graduation from an accredited nursing school.

Certifications:

Michigan RN License, BLS (required).
