We are looking for a Full-Time Regional Support RN to join our team at Gentiva Hospice, out the Independence, OH branch

This position will support the 9 branches in Southern Ohio on a regular basis.

Southern Ohio Branch Locations:

• • Independence/Cleveland
  • Akron
  • Boardman
  • Columbus
  • Marion
  • Mount Vernon
  • Jackson
  • Lucasville

This position will support other areas of OH as needed, but will typically remain in the Southern Ohio territory

This position reports to the AVP of Operations and will function on temporary assignments in a branch where there is a vacant position, increase in census or when additional staffing is deemed necessary. The temporary assignment would typically last 4-26 weeks.

• Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient’s family
• Manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care
• Case manages all assigned patient clinical records.

• Case manages all assigned patient clinical records.

• Registered Nurse with current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment
• A minimum of one (1) year experience, either in oncology, long-term care, or hospice or home health. School internships and clinical hours may be considered as experience in individual cases.

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000
