Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred. License:
Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License: Required in OR Certifications:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist's Radiography (ARRT-R): Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support (HS-ACLS) or RQIACLS: Required
