As a Childcare Caregiver, you will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for young children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Safety: Monitor and supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety at all times. Childcare Caregivers are responsible for creating a secure environment where children can play, explore, and learn without risk of harm.

2. Basic Care: Provide essential care, including feeding, diapering, and assisting with bathroom needs, as appropriate to the children's age. Childcare Caregivers should be attentive to each child's unique needs and ensure their basic care routines are met with kindness and patience.

3. Play and Learning Activities: Organize and lead age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, and emotional development. Childcare Caregivers should engage children in creative play, arts and crafts, storytelling, and other educational activities to foster learning and growth.

4. Emotional Support: Offer comfort and emotional support to children when needed, helping them feel secure and valued. Childcare Caregivers play a crucial role in supporting children's emotional development and fostering a sense of trust and security.

5. Communication with Parents: Maintain open and regular communication with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise. Childcare Caregivers should build positive relationships with families to ensure collaboration in the child's development.

6. Promote Positive Behavior: Encourage positive social interactions and behaviors, helping children develop interpersonal skills, such as sharing, cooperation, and problem-solving. Childcare Caregivers play a key role in teaching children essential social skills that they will carry throughout their lives.

7. Maintain Cleanliness and Order: Ensure the childcare environment remains clean, organized, and conducive to children's safety and learning. Childcare Caregivers are responsible for sanitizing toys, surfaces, and other materials regularly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children in a childcare setting is preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Willingness to complete background checks and adhere to childcare licensing requirements.
