Submission Requirements
- 2 years current/recent Endoscopy Experience
- Procedural sedation experience
- CGRN certificate - strongly preferred
- 2 separate supervisory facility references at submittal and MUST from within last 3 years of employment.
Certification Requirements
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
