MUST HAVE 2 years recent relevant ICU experience
MUST HAVE ACLS, BLS, Tele certified or competency (need to be able to read a monitor)
NICE TO HAVE
NIHSS
Can be pulled every 4 to MICU, NICU, SICU, TCU, PRCU, 2ST, CVC (all ICUs and stepdowns)
Patient ratios: 1:1 1:2 in ICUs TCU 1:3 PRCU 1:2 2ST and CVC 1:4 potential extension to 1:6 if necessary
